Am been having anxiety attacks for 2 years,it is so terryfying I know nothing happens, but why do certain people have it. Well, I have your answer right here. Anxiety attacks are the result of carrying too much stress over a long period of time. Stress is carried in the muscles and in the mind. An anxiety attack is the mind and body’s way of ridding itself of a great deal of excess stress in a matter of minutes. Carrying high anxiety is like a full pot ready to boil over on the stove. Turn up the heat and the pot boils; turn down the heat and the pot stops boiling over. remove some of the water and the pot may never boil over. Add more stress to an overstressed person, the emotional and physical pot “boils over” it levels you out and turns down the heat. That’s why you feel exhausted after the attack is over. But then more stress is added, the heat is turned up, and another attack. The solution for an anxiety ridden person is to empty out some of the stress by learning to deal with it in a different way, and to prevent it from escalating in the first place.
I decided to vlog about my anxiety in the hopes that my story with help and inspire others to be comfortable in their own skin. Love you all.
